Growing up in NYC and Florida, Russ always grabbed a chicken parmigiana sandwich from a local Italian deli in his neighborhood. One of his dreams was to open a sandwich shop where he could pay homage to his beloved childhood flavors. Now we are going to embark on our new adventure— to open the sandwich shop that would serve the best damn chicken parm sandwich in town.
